Payment options and installment payment
You can pay the fursuit price in a single payment or in installments.
Installment payment is possible for a maximum period of 3 months.
IMPORTANT! When making the payment, please ensure the material cost is also included in the total. We can specify the exact material cost after the quotation form has been completed! The prices shown do not include the material cost!
If you choose installment payment, the client is obliged to pay 50% of the total amount as a deposit when the order is accepted.
The remaining 50% can be completed within two months, in up to two additional installments.

PayPal (preferably avoid, as fees have increased)

We issue an invoice for every payment method.
Payment reference!
When making the payment, it is mandatory to indicate the invoice serial number in the payment reference field so that the transaction can be clearly identified.
If the reference is incorrect or left empty, processing may be delayed, and the project can only start after the payment has been identified.
Refund ratios by project stages
1. stage – Design and material procurement (0–20%)
The project has not yet started, only plans and materials exist. 80% refund
2. stage – Materials purchased, sampling and cutting started (20–40%)
Work has already started, main materials have been used. 50% refund
3. stage – Base body, head or partial elements are already completed (40–70%)
Significant labor time and materials have been invested. 25% refund
4. stage – Fursuit almost finished, final touches (70–90%)
The project is close to completion. 10% refund
5. stage – Fursuit completed, before handover (90–100%)
The full work is finished. No refund
Shipping and delivery
Default shipping: Fedex, GLS, FOXPOST, in a strong moving box.
If you want another courier, notify in advance!
The shipping cost is paid by the buyer and must be settled in advance before I send the package.
Worldwide shipping is available.
I do not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
The shipping fee includes insurance.
If you want to receive your fursuit by any other method, consultation is required!
